Capex Procurement & Project Execution (2W EV Manufacturing Facility)
Contract role based in Gurugram to drive end-to-end Capex procurement and project execution for a new 2W EV manufacturing plant. The person will own the full cycle from requirement/spec finalization through supplier sourcing, technical and commercial evaluations, contracting, delivery, installation, commissioning, and stabilization, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and EHS to ensure governance, cost efficiency, compliance, and on-time readiness of plant infrastructure and equipment (assembly lines, battery pack lines, test rigs, utilities).

Essential
Required Qualifications
Capex procurement (end-to-end)
Technical specification finalization with Engineering/Manufacturing/EHS
RFQ/RFP management
Technical bid evaluation and technical reviews
Commercial negotiation and contracting
Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding (OEMs/integrators/automation suppliers)
Project execution ownership from delivery through installation/commissioning/stabilization
Governance, cost control, and schedule adherence for plant readiness
Understanding of plant equipment categories: assembly lines, battery pack lines, test rigs, utilities
Compliance and safety alignment (EHS collaboration)
