Capex Procurement & Project Execution (2W EV Manufacturing Facility)
Contract role based in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end Capex procurement and project execution for a new two-wheeler EV manufacturing plant. The person will own the full cycle from requirement/spec finalization through supplier sourcing, technical bid reviews, contracting, delivery, installation, commissioning, and stabilization, working closely with Engineering/Manufacturing/EHS to ensure governance, cost efficiency, compliance, and on-time readiness of plant infrastructure and equipment (assembly lines, battery pack lines, test rigs, utilities).

Essential
Required Qualifications
Capex procurement for industrial/manufacturing equipment
Technical specification finalization with Engineering/Manufacturing/EHS stakeholders
RFQ/RFP management
Technical bid evaluation (techno-commercial evaluation)
Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding (OEMs/integrators/automation vendors)
Commercial negotiations and contracting
Project execution ownership from delivery through installation/commissioning/stabilization
Understanding of plant equipment: assembly lines, battery pack lines, test rigs, utilities
Governance, cost control, and schedule adherence
Safety/compliance alignment (EHS considerations in specifications)
Preferred

Feasibility studies for equipment selection and capacity/scalability
Experience with global OEMs and local system integrators
Automation/industrial engineering exposure
