Camstar MES Techno-Functional Consultant (Medical Devices/Pharma)
Seeking an 8–12 years Camstar MES techno-functional consultant to lead end-to-end MES lifecycle delivery on large global projects. The role owns blueprinting and requirements gathering, factory model definition, solution design, development/testing/implementation, and overall site rollout quality for Siemens Camstar (Camstar Enterprise Platform), including Camstar upgrades. Strong MES domain knowledge in medical devices/pharma manufacturing is required, along with integration understanding across ERP/LIMS/equipment/HMI and solid SQL skills. Candidate should understand computer system validation and manufacturing validation processes and be able to lead and distribute work across team members with strong communication and leadership.

Essential
Required Qualifications
End-to-end MES lifecycle implementation on a COTS MES product (e.g., Camstar Enterprise Platform)
Siemens Camstar MES (Camstar Enterprise Platform) techno-functional expertise
MES analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
Camstar upgrade experience
Requirements gathering and blueprinting for MES implementations
Factory Model definition and implementation in MES
Integration/interface knowledge between Camstar and external systems (ERP, LIMS, equipment, HMI)
Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma manufacturing
Understanding of computer system validation (CSV) and manufacturing validation processes
SQL knowledge
Delivery quality ownership on large/global projects
Team leadership: distributing work across team members
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with other MES COTS products besides Camstar
Experience with global multi-site rollouts (beyond single site)
Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops and communication
