What You'll Be Doing.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate commercial interior fit-out segment.

Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), facility management companies, and real estate developers.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare competitive proposals.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.

Prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain an updated database of prospects, ongoing projects, and market intelligence.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients.

Essential

Required Qualifications

Business development / sales for corporate commercial interiors or fit-out contracting

Lead generation (networking, cold calling, market research, events)

End-to-end sales cycle management (lead to closure)

Relationship management with corporate clients and partners (architects, consultants, PMCs, FM companies, developers)

Proposal/quotation preparation coordination (with design, estimation, procurement, project teams)

Commercial negotiation and contract management

Understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and project requirements

Market research and competitor analysis

Pipeline management and maintaining prospect/project database

Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software

Target-driven approach and willingness to travel for client meetings

Preferred

Nice to Have

MBA (Marketing)

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture (in addition to business/marketing)

Strong existing network in Pune and surrounding regions

Post-sales relationship management and repeat business development

Experience coordinating during project execution for customer satisfaction
