Business Analyst (Workflow & Electronic Signature)
Contract Business Analyst role based in Paris (occasional remote) supporting an IS team responsible for workflow tools. The BA will collect and formalize business needs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support functional acceptance/UAT, ensure the dev team understands requirements, and assist users during onboarding and usage. The scope includes evolving the Workflow & Electronic Signature functional base, and in collaboration with the Product Owner contributing to product vision, PI Planning, program board/dependencies, backlog maintenance, and user satisfaction (NPS). Agile/Scrum with SAFe certification is expected; the environment includes Java/Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL/Elastic, and CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab).

REST API understanding
Backlog maintenance (with Product Owner)
Managing functional dependencies / Program Board coordination (SAFe context)
