Business Analyst (Requirements/URS/UAT)
Contract Business Analyst in Warsaw (4–6 years) to elicit and document business requirements via interviews/workshops, convert them into User Requirements Specifications (URS) with scenarios, maintain URS in Azure DevOps (ADO), drive reviews and sign-offs with SMEs/users, review/approve Functional Design Specifications (FDS) against signed URS, collaborate with testing on test plans/scripts, and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while acting as the bridge between business and IT and ensuring alignment to organizational strategy.

(iii) Review the URS documents with SMEs / users and obtain sign off.

(iv) Review and approve the Functional Design Specifications based on the signed URS.

(v) Review the test plan and test scripts with Testing team and lead consultants.

(vi) Active Participation and guidance for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

(vii) Act as a bridge between business and IT / Build Team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project objectives and constraints.
