Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to design and document controls, governance frameworks, procedures, and operating standards that strengthen operational effectiveness.

Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design activities, including process architecture, governance structures, service delivery models, roles and responsibilities, and performance measures.

Contribute to Organizational Design initiatives by evaluating role structures, accountability models, RACI definitions, capability requirements, and workforce alignment with future-state operating models.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements, assess business impacts, identify risks, and define practical transformation solutions.

Perform process, risk, and control assessments to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency.

Develop key transformation artefacts, including process maps, operating procedures, control documentation, governance models, business requirements, implementation roadmaps, and change impact assessments.

Support implementation planning and execution, including dependency management, transition planning, business readiness activities, change management, and benefits realization tracking.

Act as a trusted advisor and liaison across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment of transformation initiatives with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
