Business Analyst – Operational Resiliency Tooling (BCM/Operational Resilience)
Business Analyst role focused on operational resilience and business continuity tooling and governance in a regulated environment (preferably financial services). The BA will help embed resilience requirements into change delivery, define and evidence critical services and impact tolerances, support scenario testing/exercises, maintain BCM frameworks and plans, and provide incident/crisis support. The role requires strong knowledge of service/dependency mapping, RTO/RPO, recovery strategies and testing methodologies, plus familiarity with risk/control, audit evidence, and governance forums, and exposure to UK/EU operational resilience expectations (FCA/PRA, DORA).

Required Qualifications
Business Analysis (BA) capability
Operational Resilience and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience in a regulated environment
Service mapping and dependency mapping
RTO/RPO concepts and recovery strategies
Testing methodologies for resilience/BCP (scenario testing, exercising)
Change oversight: embedding resilience requirements into change delivery (migrations, decommissions, new products)
Risk and control concepts; audit evidence and governance forums
Stakeholder management across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third parties
Exposure to UK/EU operational resilience expectations (e.g., FCA/PRA, DORA) and evidencing compliance
Tooling exposure: BCM/Resilience platforms and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and dependency mapping tools
