Required Qualifications
Business analysis (Key Register / key registry ecosystem)
Requirements elicitation and documentation
Stakeholder management at operations/IT interface
Information analysis (data concepts, information models)
Preferred

Information standards (data/information standards)
Business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile/BA practices)
Experience in law enforcement / criminal justice chain / security domain
Recent experience in Public Safety & Security (OOV) chain IT/information management (Police/Justice/Defence)
IT architecture principles applied within BA work
Agile delivery artifacts (PBIs, user stories) and driving concrete delivery outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or related field
