Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (IS Transformation)
Contract role in Niort (occasional remote) for a Business/Functional Analyst to act as the link between business teams and IT teams during an information system transformation. You will support projects end-to-end: feasibility and opportunity studies, requirements collection and challenge, functional solution design (user stories/specs), test strategy and test plans, qualification and anomaly follow-up, and delivery support including incident analysis, progress monitoring, reporting, and risk/alert escalation.

Required Qualifications
Requirements elicitation and analysis (collect, analyze, challenge needs)
Feasibility/opportunity studies and impact analysis on information systems
Functional analysis and functional solution design
User Stories writing and/or functional specifications documentation
Stakeholder management across business, CIO/IT, and solution/delivery teams
Testing/qualification: test strategy, test plans, anomaly/defect follow-up
Delivery support: change implementation support, incident analysis, progress tracking, reporting, risk/issue escalation
Preferred
Nice to Have
Agile/Scrum practices (implied by User Stories)
Knowledge of change management/release processes
Experience with incident/problem management processes (e.g., ITIL concepts)
Experience working in large/transformational IS programs
