Business Analyst – Connected Portal & Fleet Management Services
Business Analyst needed to support development, enhancement, and global rollout of a Connected Portal and Fleet Management Services. The role acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across multiple regions (including Netherlands and India), owning requirements elicitation and translation into user stories/acceptance criteria, supporting worldwide application setup and country onboarding, and coordinating integration and testing (SIT/UAT). Translate business needs into user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Fleet Management Services, Consent Management, and Data Service solutions.

Coordinate worldwide application setup, onboarding, and configuration activities across multiple countries and markets.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings across geographically distributed teams.

Support system integration initiatives involving APIs, connected vehicle platforms, and enterprise applications.

Coordinate and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure solutions align with global standards, data governance policies, and local market requirements.

Analyze and optimize business processes to drive continuous improvement of fleet management and connected vehicle services.

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and operational needs.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within the Automotive, Fleet Management, Telematics, or Connected Vehicle Services domain.

Required Qualifications
Business analysis (requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation)
Stakeholder management and facilitation (workshops, requirement sessions)
User stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows
Business process analysis and continuous improvement
Fleet Management Services (FMS) and/or fleet management domain exposure
Connected vehicle platforms / telematics / connected services exposure
Data services and data flows understanding
Consent management and data governance understanding
API and system integration understanding
Agile/Scrum ways of working
Testing support: SIT and UAT coordination/support
Tools: Azure DevOps and/or Jira
Business process modeling tools
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Working with geographically distributed, multicultural teams (Europe/India)
