BOM Specialist (3DEXPERIENCE PLM)
BOM Specialist needed to support and improve BOM processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment. Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM creation, maintenance, release, and change processes.

Support day-to-day PLM operations, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to improve BOM processes and user experience.

Identify, document, and prioritize enhancement opportunities for BOM workflows, structures, and related PLM capabilities.

Drive user adoption through training, job aids, process documentation, and hands-on support.

Promote standard work and best practices for BOM creation, maintenance, governance, and change control.

Monitor BOM data quality and support corrective actions to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of process or system enhancements.

Support change management activities related to new PLM capabilities, process updates, and user onboarding.

Track and report support trends, recurring issues, adoption challenges, and process improvement opportunities.

Manufacturing environment exposure (engineering/manufacturing/supply chain/quality collaboration)
Process documentation and user training material creation
Stakeholder communication (explaining process/system concepts to non-technical users)
