BIW Closure Design Engineer (CATIA V5)

Evaluate BIW concepts against PAT, Quality, Cost and Timing targets

Participate in engineering reviews and implement design actions

Maintain technical standards and engineering policies

Manage DMLs and ensure 100% BOM accuracy

Perform DFM, DFA and GD&T activities

Conduct benchmarking, RCA and issue resolution

Support prototype builds, trials and validation

Coordinate supplier reviews, ECN release and variant evaluations
10
Support system DFMEA, DVP and vehicle integration activities
11
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation and review participation skills.
