BI / Decision-Making Wave Coordinator (Project Management)
Contract role based in Nantes with occasional remote work. The Wave Coordinator will run coordination for the Decision-Making (BI) theme for a given deployment wave, working closely with the theme lead. The role focuses on planning and coordinating acceptance with Data Migration and Certification teams, monitoring BI feeds/processes, analyzing BI operational anomalies and driving corrective actions, producing stakeholder reporting, contributing to cutover/changeover scenarios, and owning operational/strategic delivery across technical/financial/people/organization dimensions through final acceptance and key decisions. Banking sector knowledge is a plus.

Monitor power supplies and decision-making processes to ensure that they are working properly.

Analyze operating anomalies on the BI and propose corrective solutions.

Regularly report the progress and points of attention of the theme to stakeholders.

Participate in the drafting of changeover scenarios (decision-making, banking migration, group knowledge).

Ensure the operational and strategic responsibility of the project in all its dimensions (technical, financial, human, organizational).

Validate the final acceptance and manage the key decisions to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

Lead communication between the teams and the bodies concerned, and prepare for change management.
