Within the customer BI team, integrate an agile team of 6 people dedicated to the BI data linked to the Flying Blue loyalty program.

As part of our efforts to strengthen our team, we are recruiting for a Tech Lead role to support high-stakes projects.

Integration of a total customer team of 9 people; integration of an agile team of 4 developers + 1 Product Owner + 2 Business analyst + 1 Product Manager + 1 Scrum Master

This role combines technical expertise, involvement in architectural decisions and supporting the team to ensure the quality of solutions, best practice and the success of projects.

The environment is currently either traditional BI or big data. A migration to the GCP cloud is on going.

Tech Lead / technical leadership in BI or data teams
Business Intelligence / data engineering background (traditional BI and/or big data)
Architecture involvement (design decisions, best practices, quality)
Agile delivery experience (SAFe mentioned)
Autonomy and ability to integrate in a team
Quality mindset (standards, reviews, solution quality)
Preferred
Nice to Have
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration experience
Innovation mindset (ability to balance innovation and continuity)
Experience working with loyalty/CRM/customer data contexts
