BCIM Governance & Controls Manager (Business Continuity & Incident Management)
Senior BCIM governance and controls role focused on coordinating annual reviews of Business Continuity Management and Major Incident Management operating instructions/TOM using a Knowledge Management System, managing responses to global audits and internal reviews (e.g., NIST-aligned/control reviews), tracking closure of findings and global issues, aligning BIIR controls to a new control framework, and coordinating risk/oversight submissions to global risk forums. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Annual review of Group Communicable Disease Plan
Coordinate responses to global audits and other internal reviews (such as NIST, GCOOO material controls reviews) and track closure of findings
Work with CCO to align BIIR controls to the new control framework
Manage Global MSIIs; coordinate closure
Coordinate submissions to Global BRR, OpCo, RMM, and drive improvement in the Global BCIM RCOM submission and risk oversight
Coordinate BCIM communications initiatives such as global townhalls, learning sessions, AI education and regular BCIM updates
Coordinate information management (ensure packs from global meetings and other initiatives are made available per agreed channels)
Business Management
Work with the Business Manager to review finances and people data and follow up to ensure accurate reporting/charging

Required Qualifications
Controls management in a regulated risk and controls environment
Governance coordination (annual reviews of policies/operating instructions/target operating model)
Audit and internal review response coordination and tracking closure of findings
Issue management and remediation tracking (global issues/actions to closure)
Risk oversight and governance submissions/reporting to risk committees/forums
Strong stakeholder management and communications (townhalls, learning sessions, updates)
Information management and documentation discipline (meeting packs, agreed channels)
Business management support (finance and people data reporting/charging accuracy)
High organization, proactivity, and coordination skills
Preferred
Nice to Have
Business Continuity / BCIM knowledge
Major Incident Management knowledge
Familiarity with NIST or NIST-aligned control reviews
Experience aligning controls to a new control framework
Experience with Knowledge Management Systems (KMS)
Experience with communicable disease / pandemic planning governance
Experience with global risk committee operating rhythms (e.g., RMM/BRR/OpCo equivalents)
