Backup & Recovery Team Lead / Production Support (Cohesity, NetWorker, Data Domain)
Lead a team of Backup & Recovery Administrators providing 24x7 production support, owning escalations, major changes, and risk/impact management for the backup environment. The role focuses on designing, migrating, upgrading, and operating enterprise backup infrastructure, including scheduling, retention/media management, reporting and capacity planning, agent deployments, patching, and disaster recovery support. Strong hands-on expertise is required in Cohesity, Dell EMC NetWorker, and Data Domain, with additional L2 knowledge of NetApp and Dell ECS, plus solid understanding of replication/deduplication concepts and complex troubleshooting in production.

Troubleshooting complex backup/recovery issues
Change management planning and implementation
