Backend/Platform Software Engineer (Python/Node.js) — Integrations & Automation
Contract backend/platform engineer needed in London (5–7 years) to build and maintain internal portal/work-board integrations and workflow automation tools. Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated pre-match media scripting and metadata extraction tools using Python/Node.js.

System Integration: Integrate third-party SaaS platforms and operational tools ( Monday.com, Rightsline, Salesforce) using enterprise REST/GraphQL APIs.

Infrastructure Support: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Cloud NAS infrastructure and digital asset management tools.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily sprint ceremonies, working closely with the Technical BA to estimate technical effort and deliver user stories. Skills You’ll Need (Minimum Criteria)

Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Backend Developer.

Strong coding skills in Python or Node.js, with a solid understanding of API development and integration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerisation (Docker).
