Azure cloud services configuration and usage (monitoring, automation, CI/CD, traffic management)
CI/CD pipeline setup and auditing for deployments and automation
Observability framework setup for production and non-production environments
APM/monitoring tools: Azure Monitor, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch
Monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications in production
Reliability engineering: defining/implementing SLOs and improving platform reliability
Synthetic monitoring setup in production
APM tool setup from scratch; understanding agents and their use
Resiliency, incident management, and observability best practices
Strong understanding of SRE concepts and culture
Mentoring/guiding team members
Strong written and verbal communication
