Azure API Management (APIM) Engineer
Contract role for an Azure API Management (APIM) engineer with 4–5 years’ experience to onboard, configure, publish, and manage APIs on Azure APIM. The role focuses on building and maintaining APIM policies (security, transformation, routing, throttling/rate limiting), implementing API security (OAuth 2.0, certificates, SSL/TLS, mTLS), working with REST and OpenAPI/Swagger, handling versioning/revisions/subscriptions/access control, and performing monitoring/logging/troubleshooting and performance management. Integration with backend apps/microservices and understanding API-led/cloud-native integration are required; Azure DevOps/Git and CI/CD for API deployments are preferred.
