Expertise in driving vehicle as per defined load cases.

Should have working knowledge about work guidelines, work instruction SOPs, safety & quality standards, various sensors and data acquisition systems.

Working knowledge of NVH instruments, sensors and basic knowledge of software.

Prepares test setup layout, identify the sensors & locations, Install test setup.

Prepares vehicle for test with required instrumentation.

Calibrates sensors and transducers. -Drives Vehicle on different road profiles of test track for different load cases.

Report subjective observations during test.

Confirms test worthiness of the vehicle with fitment of components of required quality (as per build card),and keeps record of build cards, Quality / supplier reports.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Basics of vehicle aggregates and their functions
Automotive NVH testing fundamentals
Vehicle instrumentation (sensor selection, placement, installation)
Data acquisition systems (DAQ) working knowledge
NVH instruments and sensors working knowledge
Sensor/transducer calibration
Ability to drive vehicle on test track as per defined load cases and road profiles
Understanding and adherence to SOPs/work instructions
Safety and quality standards compliance
Subjective NVH observation and reporting during tests
Vehicle test-worthiness checks and build card/quality record keeping
Valid 4-wheeler driving licence
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive NVH
Preferred
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of NVH-related software
Experience with test setup layout preparation/documentation
Familiarity with supplier quality reports and component fitment verification
