Automotive Chassis/Control Systems Design Engineer (Brake & Clutch) - Creo/PLM
Design engineer needed for automotive chassis/control systems focusing on brake and clutch components (CMC/CSC, pedal assemblies, parking brake lever, pipes and cables). The role requires strong CAD packaging and Creo 3D modeling/assembly skills, engineering drawings with GD&T, and experience with routing/layout of brake/clutch pipes and parking cables. Required Qualifications
Automotive chassis/control systems design (3-6 years)
Brake and clutch component knowledge (CMC, CSC, brake/clutch pedal assemblies, parking brake lever)
Creo 3D modeling and assembly design
CAD packaging experience and issue resolution
Engineering drawing preparation
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
PLM system usage and PLM release process
Brake/clutch pipe routing and layouts
Parking cable layouts
Manufacturing/in-plant issue resolution
Supplier/vendor coordination (technical interface)
