What You'll Be Doing.

To develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using Creo as per engineering standards.

To support concept design, packaging studies, and design modifications for new and ongoing projects.

To prepare and update engineering documents such as DFMEA, DFM/DFA, ECNs, and design release documentation.

To coordinate with prototype, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams for component development and validation.

To support VAVE initiatives, IPTV resolution, and engineering change implementation.

To resolve design, fitment, manufacturability, and assembly-related issues through cross-functional collaboration.

To ensure compliance with GD&T, design standards, and product development processes.

To participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement and cost optimization.

09

To manage CAD data and release activities through PLM systems - Teamcenter.

To provide timely support for project deliverables, drawing releases, and product development milestones.

Required Qualifications

Creo Parametric (3D modeling, assemblies, 2D drafting)

PLM release management in Teamcenter

2D drawing creation and engineering drawing standards

GD&T compliance and application

ECN/ECR and drawing release procedures

Automotive/commercial vehicle component CAD design (3–4 years)

Cross-functional coordination with manufacturing/testing/suppliers

Design issue resolution for fitment/manufacturability/assembly
