Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA Developer / Support Engineer
Looking for a 5–7 years Automation Anywhere A360 (v36) RPA professional to develop and deploy bots and provide L2/L3 production support. Automation Anywhere Control Room administration/usage
Production support (L2/L3) for RPA bots; incident management within SLA
Bot monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixing
IQ Bot / Document Automation (Automation Anywhere)
API integration (REST/SOAP concepts)
SQL Server (queries, troubleshooting data issues)
Programming/scripting in at least one of: Python, VBScript, Java
Requirements collaboration with business analysts
Documentation and governance/compliance standards for RPA
Bot migration and platform upgrades experience
Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional certification
