Atlassian Cloud Consultant (Jira/Confluence) – Integrations, SAFe & Guard (Team of 2)

Contract assignment in Sweden (Inera/Stockholm) for an Atlassian consulting team of two senior profiles: one with a technical Atlassian focus and one with a business/SAFe ways-of-working focus. The team will independently drive development, configuration, migrations and integrations across Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket and Atlassian Guard, including SSO/IdP setup, automations, dashboards, documentation and knowledge transfer/training to internal administrators. Key upcoming focus areas include deeper integrations (including Jira–ServiceNow), potential portfolio management capability aligned to SAFe (e.g., Jira Plans), and exploring AI options such as Rovo or other AI integrations.

At least the following work fees are included in the consulting team's commitment

• The consulting team will work under the management of the business and be able to independently drive Inera's development of existing applications within the Atlassian suite.

The consulting team should work under the management of the business and be able to independently play a role in various types of development, migration and/or integration efforts.

The consulting team will work on the ongoing handover of processes, technical documentation and other information to the current administrator. Handover will also take place at the end of the assignment.

During the ongoing assignment, the consulting team, in collaboration with the administration, will transfer knowledge about the work performed to increase Inera's Atlassian administration knowledge and competence within Atlassian products.

During the ongoing assignment, the consulting team must continuously document its work and the solutions that are decided upon.

If necessary, the consulting team will hold briefings and training sessions within the work that takes place around Atlassian products at Inera.

One of the proposed consultants must have a business focus in Atlassian and the other must have a technology focus in Atlassian. Both proposed consultants in the consulting team must meet the requirements for level 5.
