ATE Test Development Engineer (NI STS GP4, C#)

Contract role in Bengaluru for an Electronics engineer (6–12 years) to develop and debug production ATE tests on NI-based platforms, preferably NI STS (GP3/GP4). § Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 6+ years of relevant industry experience and a strong academic background.

§ Solid understanding of digital electronics, analog circuits, and CMOS device fundamentals.

§ Hands-on experience with NI-based ATE platforms, preferably NI STS (GP3), with test development experience using LabVIEW and/or C#.

§ Strong programming skills in C# (mandatory ) and C++.

§ Experience in testing and characterization of mixed-signal devices such as ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, and related signal-chain products.

§ Familiarity with production test development, debug, characterization, correlation, and multisite optimization will be an added advantage.

o GP4 is the configuration we are looking at.

o LABVIEW will not be used, but we will need C# experience, and it is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (BE/BTech)

6+ years relevant industry experience

Digital electronics fundamentals

Analog circuits fundamentals

CMOS device fundamentals

Hands-on experience with NI-based ATE platforms

NI STS experience (GP3/GP4 preferred)

ATE test development experience

Strong programming skills in C# (mandatory)

Programming skills in C++

Testing and characterization of mixed-signal devices (ADC, DAC, amplifiers, signal-chain products)
