Area Academic Manager
The Area Academic Manager will lead implementation and ongoing delivery of academic programmes across a portfolio of schools, including classroom adoption of digital content, LMS tools, and assessments. Ensure classroom-level usage of digital content, LMS, and assessment tools meets adoption benchmarks set for each product.

Coordinate lesson planning support, ready-to-use content delivery, and structured onboarding of the users on each platform.

Monitor programme health through usage dashboards, learning analytics, and assessment data; flag and resolve delivery gaps proactively.

Plan and conduct teacher training, onboarding workshops, and refresher sessions to build teacher proficiency on curriculum delivery and digital tools.

Execute the Classroom Reflection Programme (CRP) — conduct classroom observations, provide structured, reflective feedback, and track instructional improvement over time.

Organise/facilitate Learning Webinars and other capacity-building interventions aligned to NEP 2020 and NCF-SE frameworks.

Build a culture of continuous professional development among school teaching staff

Serve as the primary academic point of contact for assigned schools — Principals, academic coordinators, and teachers.

Conduct periodic academic review meetings with school leadership to share progress, learning outcomes, and improvement plans.

Manage escalations related to academic delivery and coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Tech, Ops, Training, Implementation) for timely resolution.

Support renewal, up-sell, and expansion conversations by demonstrating academic impact and programme ROI.
