Architectural BIM Modeler
Contract role for an Architectural BIM Modeler (6+ years) to produce architectural concept-to-construction drawings and develop/coordinate Revit-based 3D models for industrial buildings (RCC/steel) in Pharma and FMCG projects. The role requires strong Revit Architecture and AutoCAD skills, experience with BIM coordination/clash checks (Navisworks/BIM 360), interdisciplinary coordination (civil/structural/MEP), and familiarity with US/Euro/Indian codes and standards. Location is Chennai or Vadodara with immediate to <30 days notice preferred and occasional site travel as needed.

Preparation of Architectural Concept drawings, Detailed drawings, approval drawings, and construction drawings of Industrial Steel building

Preparation of Architectural drawings like Master Plan, Building Floor Plan, Elevations, and sections

Preparation of Interior drawings like reflected ceiling plans, Floor finish layout, wet area details, joinery schedule, and furniture layout

Developing 3D building Model using Revit Architecture

Detailing with inter discipline co-ordination to complete the design drawings

Working experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standards

Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildings

Working experience in detailing process/non process buildings, warehouse projects etc.,

Expertise in AutoCAD

Revit Architecture (3D modeling, architectural BIM)
AutoCAD (ACAD)
Architectural drawing production (concept, detailed, approval, construction drawings)
Industrial building experience (RCC and steel buildings; general arrangement drawings)
Interdisciplinary coordination (civil, structural, MEP, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure)
BIM coordination and clash checking (3D model coordination)
Quality checks on models/drawings
Pharma and FMCG/consumer goods project experience
English communication for coordination
