Apriso MES Developer / Technical Consultant

Hiring an Apriso MES Developer/Technical Consultant (3–6 years) with strong MES/manufacturing domain experience and hands-on Apriso (2016–2022) implementation exposure. The role focuses on designing and building Apriso processes using Process Builder, developing/configuring Apriso modules (Production/Quality/Warehouse/Maintenance/Time & Labor), and delivering integrations (ERP mappings and OPC) using Machine Integrator/Business Integrator. Candidates must be proficient in scripting (JavaScript/C#) and databases (SQL Server/Oracle), and be comfortable with SDLC, source control, database scripting, testing, deployment and release management via GPM, plus supporting the solution through transition to support.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or equivalent

Minimum 3 to 5 years in MES and Manufacturing domain

2+ years of object-oriented programming experience

Should have working experience in any of the Apriso version starting 2016 till 2022

Good knowledge and working experience in

o Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Business Integrator

Good knowledge of Apriso dashboard and MPI is added advantage

Must be proficient in JavaScript/ C# Script and SQL Server/Oracle

CSS/HTML, AJAX, jQuery, JSON knowledge is a plus Experience in Apriso

Must have been part of one or more end to end MES implementations using any of the Apriso version mentioned above

Well versed with deployment and release management processes through GPM

Hands-on experience on Process Builder, Machine Integration and Business Integration.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years experience in MES and manufacturing domain

Apriso experience (any version from 2016 to 2022)

Apriso Process Builder (authoring processes)

Apriso Machine Integrator (MI) / Machine Integration

Apriso Business Integrator (BI) / Business Integration

Apriso modules working knowledge: Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor

End-to-end MES implementation experience using Apriso

ERP integration mapping experience (Apriso to ERP)

OPC integration experience

Object-oriented programming experience (2+ years)

Scripting proficiency: JavaScript and/or C# script

Database proficiency: SQL Server and/or Oracle

Deployment and release management using GPM

SDLC methodologies knowledge

Source control/versioning concepts

Ability to create scripts for database objects

Technical design from functional specifications

Test planning and execution (system/integration testing)

Provide technical support until transition to support

Ability to manage a small team / drive delivery of a small module
