Analyst / Sr Analyst

Coordinate learning programmes and provide seamless operational and logistical support for virtual, in-person and blended learning interventions.

Partner with L&D, Human Capital and business stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Analyse L&D data to identify trends, actionable insights and opportunities to improve learner experience and operational effectiveness.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate large data sets into clear reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
