Required Qualifications
Amazon Connect solution development (cloud contact center)
Contact center industry experience
AWS services: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda
Enterprise integrations: SSO and Active Directory (AD)
Integrations with CRM systems
Integrations with case management systems
Integrations with WFM (Workforce Management) systems
Software development/scripting in Python and/or Node.js
API usage and integration (consuming/exposing APIs)
SDLC understanding: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps
Hands-on production implementations on public cloud within large enterprises
AWS cloud solution architecture/build/support experience (at least 2 years)

Cloud DevOps practices on AWS
General AWS cloud computing breadth beyond Connect/Lex/Lambda
