Automate incident detection, diagnosis, and remediation workflows.

Perform root cause analysis and drive service reliability improvements.

Leverage AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Operations teams to optimize system performance.

5+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Hands-on expertise with tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana.

Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Shell.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Knowledge of ITSM, automation, and incident management processes.

Essential
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Hands-on monitoring/observability tooling (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Azure Monitor, and/or Grafana)
Scripting/automation skills in Python and/or PowerShell and/or Shell
Cloud platform experience (Azure and/or AWS and/or GCP)
Knowledge of ITSM, automation, and incident management processes
Root cause analysis (RCA) and service reliability improvement mindset
Anomaly detection and predictive analytics using AI/ML techniques (conceptual and/or practical)
