AI Procurement Specialist
Contract role based in Pune for an AI Procurement Specialist to drive AI, agentic AI, and automation initiatives across procurement. The person will build AI assistants/chatbots and Copilot use cases, develop workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) and Excel VBA, integrate solutions with SAP, ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, and create Power BI dashboards for spend/procurement analytics. Build AI assistants, chatbots, Copilot use cases, and automation workflows.

Develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, and Excel VBA.

Integrate AI and automation solutions with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.

Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to simplify ways of working.

Analyze procurement and spend data and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.

Identify trends, compliance risks, savings opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI and automation solutions.

Support AI adoption through user training, demonstrations, SOPs, and knowledge materials.
