AI & IT Governance / Strategy Consultant (AI Policy, AI Strategy, Cloud & AI Architecture, IT Preparation)
Contract assignment in Gothenburg (up to 50% remote) to provide specialist and methodological support during 2026–2027 to establish coherent governance for AI, digitalization and IT. The consultant will finalize AI policy and guidelines, develop an anchored AI strategy and roadmap (including principles for GenAI, AI agents, ML and decision support), propose overall AI and cloud architecture (data/model/service principles, integrations, security/logging/monitoring/lifecycle), and implement an IT Preparation process with at least one AI-powered support module (templates/instructions). Requires strong strategic + operational IT leadership, ability to translate strategy into processes/roles/routines/decision material, broad cloud/data/integration/AI lifecycle understanding, information security alignment, and very strong Swedish communication for policy writing and meeting facilitation.
