Design, develop and deploy solutions and hands-on software development – work across the backend and AI stack.

Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for delivery.

Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals includes prompt engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration and iterative improvement.

Ensure solutions are designed with strong data security, governance and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.

You have 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, preferably in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains

Proficiency in Python, with exposure to PHP, Typescript is a plus

Passion for building usable, ethical, and powerful AI products

Experience in building RAG pipelines, NLP and prompt engineering.

Track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability.

Rigorous testing, code-review and documentation habits that improve team standards
