Essential
Required Qualifications
End-to-end architecture design for AI and Digital Twin solutions (edge/data/model/visualization layers)
AI/ML for manufacturing use cases (predictive maintenance, optimization; predictive/prescriptive/generative AI concepts)
Data pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment (MLOps lifecycle awareness)
Digital Twin concepts (process/asset/plant twins) and twin validation
Integration architecture across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and historian systems
OT-IT connectivity and real-time data pipelines/streaming
Understanding of PLC/SCADA and industrial connectivity fundamentals
Manufacturing domain experience in pet food, food & beverage, or process manufacturing
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, throughput, yield, waste) and value tracking
Architecture governance/design reviews and scalable reference architectures
OT cybersecurity principles awareness
Stakeholder management across operations/engineering/IT-OT/data teams; ability to translate technical concepts to business value

Simulation and physics-based modeling for twins
Computer vision/vision inspection solution knowledge
Experience with commissioning and Sim-to-Real deployment
Experience with global rollout programs and multi-site deployment playbooks
Platform selection/standardization for AI/ML, Digital Twin frameworks, and IoT technologies
Knowledge of extrusion, batching, packaging processes; recipe management and quality variability
