Required Qualifications
Scrum Mastery (Scrum framework, roles, events, artifacts)
Agile delivery practices (iterative delivery, continuous improvement)
Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily scrum, review, retrospective)
Impediment removal and dependency management
Agile coaching for teams and stakeholders
Backlog refinement support and collaboration with Product Owner
Metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time)
Preferred
Nice to Have
Scaled Agile exposure (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
Kanban practices and flow metrics
Jira and/or Confluence (or similar Agile tooling)
