Required Qualifications

Agile principles and mindset

Scrum framework (roles, events, artifacts)

Kanban basics (flow, WIP limits, pull system)

Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective)

Continuous improvement practices (inspect & adapt)

Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)

Agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, velocity)

Coaching and conflict resolution techniques

DevOps/CI-CD awareness

Jira or similar Agile tooling
