Agile Coach (Large-Scale Agile / Modern Engineering Practices)

Contract Agile Coach needed in Stockholm (hybrid, preferably 3 days/week onsite) for a 9–12 month assignment starting ASAP. The focus is on improving value creation, delivery capability, flow from idea to production, and organizational effectiveness in a large-scale agile environment—beyond just facilitating ceremonies. You will coach Scrum Masters, partner with leadership, improve cross-team collaboration/dependency management, and help evolve prioritization/refinement and a “Needs Funnel” process. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of modern software/product development practices are required; DevOps and AI-enabled software development experience are strong advantages. English fluency is required; Swedish language requirement is mentioned.

Required Qualifications

Agile coaching for teams and leadership groups

Experience in large-scale agile organizations

Coaching and developing Scrum Masters

Strong facilitation skills for multi-stakeholder meetings/workshops

Stakeholder management and strong communication

Understanding of modern software development practices

Understanding of modern product development practices

Improving flow from idea to production (end-to-end delivery flow)

Breaking down large initiatives into smaller value-delivering increments

Cross-team collaboration and coordination

Dependency management across teams

Continuous improvement and strengthening team ownership/delivery capability

Ability to work strategically and hands-on

Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)

Ability/willingness to travel between offices as needed

Onsite presence preference (Stockholm office at least 3 days/week)
