Essential
Required Qualifications
ADP Workforce Management (ADP WFM) implementation
ADP eTime (eTime) experience
Migration experience from ADP eTime to ADP WFM
Time & Attendance / Workforce Management domain knowledge
WFM configuration (pay rules/time policies/schedules)
Data migration and validation for timekeeping data
Testing support (SIT/UAT) for WFM/timekeeping changes
Preferred
Nice to Have
ADP WFM integrations (e.g., HR/payroll interfaces)
Reporting in ADP WFM/eTime
Cutover/go-live planning and hypercare support
SQL or data analysis skills for migration validation
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or ADP Vantage HCM (as upstream/downstream systems)
