Access Management (IAM) L2 Engineer

Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle – Provisioning, Modification & De-provisioning

Perform Access Reviews, Entitlement Certifications & Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks

Handle and troubleshoot escalated access-related incidents and service requests

Troubleshoot Authentication, Authorization & Account Management issues

Administer user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN & Enterprise Applications

Execute Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and controls

Monitor IAM systems and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements

Work closely with Application Owners, HR, Security & Infrastructure teams

Maintain SOPs, documentation, knowledge base articles and operational reports

Support audits and provide required compliance evidence

Ensure SLA adherence and contribute to continuous process improvement
